We carefully hand stuff our extra-large green olives with freshly minced sweet Italian basil and tangy, hearty sun-baked tomatoes and pack them in our secret marinade. This yields a stunningly aromatic stuffed olive that packs a huge punch of flavor.

QUICK USES

• Our Sun Baked Tomato Basil stuffed olives work well as a punchy, savory garnish for martinis and bloody marys.
• Chop a handful of Sun Baked Tomato Basil stuffed olives, combine with olive oil and lemon juice, and use to dress poached, grilled, or pan-seared white fish or shellfish.
• Toss a handful of chopped Sun Baked Tomato Basil stuffed olives with a few tablespoons of their herby oil brine with a bowl of hot pasta.
• Mince two or three Sun Baked Tomato Basil Stuffed olives and mix with mayonnaise to create a Sun-Baked Tomato and Olive Aioli
