The Panettone with Pears and Chocolate is made with the usual dough of flour, eggs, butter, untreated vanilla berries from Madagascar, to which is added a soft and sweet heart with many pieces of candied pear and chocolate chips ... a delight!

The pears are naturally candied and the chocolate is extraordinary: obtained only from Criollo and Trinitario cocoa varieties, the most prized qualities on the market.This Special Filippi Panettone is also the result of extensive research: in our production nothing is left to chance, the ingredients are selected and tested before being offered to customers, once distributed we await their feedback that helps us improve step by step.
