Orders may take 2-4 business days to process. Ordes placed on the weekend will not begin processing until Monday.

If you need to return an item(s) for any reason, or have received a damaged item, please call as at 480-429-4117 
and we would be happy to set you up with a return label or replacement item free of charge.



UPS Ground: 5 - 7 business days.
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 Business days. 
UPS Next Day Air: Next day delivery by 5:00 pm if placed before 1pm.

USPS Priority Mail: 2 - 3 Business Days

 Canada/International Shipments: May take up to 10 business days. 
International packages may be subject to other customs and duty charges not covered by the Queen Creek Olive Mill. 

All international packages returned to the Queen Creek Olive Mill due to not being picked up by the recipient, can be shipped again at the customer’s expense.

All packages will be shipped USPS or UPS at the discretion of the shipper, based on department guidelines to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
