Zesty Herb Crema

Plenty of garlic and a hint of whisky are blended into our secret recipe barbeque sauce to create this almost illegal grilling sauce. Use this on poultry, pork, and ribs. A great way to finish grilled steaks or as a delicious marinade, or dipping sauce.

Ingredients: Barbeque sauce (tomato puree, corn syrup, molasses, balsamic vinegar, starch), water, whiskey, and garlic. 

Arizona’s iconic prickly pear has a unique and delicious flavor. We pair the pear with our secret-recipe BBQ sauce to create an unforgettable sweetness with a southwestern flare. Apply to chicken, ribs or steak.

Ingredients: Tomato puree, sugar, jalapenos, prickly pear puree, molasses, distilled vinegar, water, mustard seed, sea salt, tumeric, paprika, salt, liquid smoke, citric acid, pasilla peppers, onion, garlic, black pepper, and spices. 

Our gourmet Garlic Parmesan Crema is a blend of garlic, Parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, Balsamic vinegar and herbs.

Use For: Dipping fresh vegetables or artisan breads, tossing with your favorite salad, or spreading onto a sandwich.

Sun ripened chilies are ground into a smooth paste along with garlic, sweet basil and olive oil. This whirlwind of flavors will add a flavorful kick to your sandwiches, burgers or chicken. It’s also great for dipping. Watch out for the “Dust Devil!”
