Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Whisk together the eggs, olive oil, orange juice, and milk. In a separate bowl combine the sugar, salt, flour, baking powder, and baking soda with a whisk. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour into cupcake cups and bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cupcakes are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.Beat the frosting ingredients together in a mixer until smooth and creamy and spread on the cooled cupcakes.

Blood orange and dark chocolate...a great combination!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9x12 baking pan. On low heat, melt chocolate in saucepan, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool. In a separate bowl sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Melt butter, add Blood Orange Olive Oil, and mix in one egg at a time. Add in vanilla, and then chocolate. Fold in dry ingredients and walnuts - don’t over mix batter. Pour mixture into pan smoothing off the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until brownies pull away from side of pan.
