Virgin Waffles

These are the best waffles in the world!

Yield: 6 servings

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs (separate the whites from the yolk)
  • 1/2 cup QCOM Vanilla Bean Olive Oil*

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Add milk, Vanilla Bean Olive Oil and egg yolks to dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Gently mix in egg whites.

*For blood orange virgin waffles, substitute QCOM Blood Orange Olive Oil.

*For lemon virgin waffles, substitute QCOM Lemon Olive Oil.
