Fiery Lemon Linguini

Yield: 4 servings

  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup QCOM Chili Olive Oil
  • 6 tbsp Parmiagiano-Reggiano Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, to taste
  • 1lb linguini

Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, set out a large heat safe serving dish and add chili oil and parsley. Zest lemon directly over bowl. Squeeze the juice into mixture. Mix together with a fork, then add your hot pasta. Add the cheese and toss to coat. Season generously with salt, pepper and chili flakes.

Wine pairing: Chardonnay.
