Easy Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Yield: 6 servings
- 4 large potatoes peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup QCOM Garlic Olive Oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Boil potatoes until done, drain and place in large bowl.
Add milk, sour cream, garlic olive oil.
Whip potatoes using a hand mixer or food processor. Salt to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
