del Piero Vinaigrette
An easy to make and great tasting dressing.
Served in del Piero, our own Tuscan-inspired eatery.
Yield: 1 cup
- 3/4 cup QCOM Tuscan Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil*
- 1/4 cup QCOM White Balsamic Vinegar*
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients, use immediately. Use as a salad dressing, or drizzle on
grilled vegetables.
*Substitute Queen Creek Olive Mill Blood Orange Olive Oil, Mexican Lime Oil or Lemon
