del Piero Vinaigrette

An easy to make and great tasting dressing. Served in del Piero, our own Tuscan-inspired eatery.


Yield: 1 cup
  • 3/4 cup QCOM Tuscan Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil*
  • 1/4 cup QCOM White Balsamic Vinegar*
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Whisk all ingredients, use immediately. Use as a salad dressing, or drizzle on grilled vegetables.

*Substitute Queen Creek Olive Mill Blood Orange Olive Oil, Mexican Lime Oil or Lemon Oil for a unique citrus flavored vinaigrette
