Classic Hummus

A healthy Mediterranean treat.

Yield: 4 servings
  • 1 (15 oz) can Garbanzo Beans (drain ½ of liquid)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp QCOM Tuscan Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Tahini

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve with pita bread.

substitute QCOM Chili Olive Oil, Lemon Olive Oil, Blood Orange Olive Oil or Mexican Lime Olive Oil for a delicious twist on a classic recipe.

Wine pairing: Pinot Grigio.
