Classic Hummus
A healthy Mediterranean treat.
Yield: 4 servings
- 1 (15 oz) can Garbanzo Beans (drain ½ of liquid)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp QCOM Tuscan Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Tahini
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Serve with pita bread.
substitute QCOM Chili Olive Oil, Lemon Olive Oil, Blood Orange Olive Oil or Mexican Lime Olive Oil for a delicious twist on a classic recipe.
Wine pairing: Pinot Grigio.
