Bowtie Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Kalamata Olives
Quick and easy pasta with a Sicilian flare.
Yield: 6 servings
- 1 lb bowtie pasta
- 1/4 cup QCOM Chili Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp basil pesto sauce
- 2 tbsp rosemary, minced
- 1/4 cup QCOM Sun Dried Tomato and Parmesan Tapenade
- 1/3 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Cook pasta according to package. Drain and return to pot. Remove from heat.
Stir in oil. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Garnish with cheese.
Wine pairing: Sauvignon Blanc.
